The exist­ing admin­is­tra­tive offices of the Vien­na Whole­sale Mar­ket are housed in a build­ing from the 1970s and were cor­re­spond­ing­ly out­dat­ed.
The entire area (foy­er, offices, meet­ing room, lounge includ­ing kitchen, san­i­tary facil­i­ties) was remod­eled and redesigned in a restrained and indus­tri­al style.
