Bitzinger sausage stand at the Albertina
The task was to architecturally reinterpret the typical Viennese sausage stand, not least as a meeting and communication point for a wide variety of customers. At the same time, respect should be paid to the long tradition. The balance between the premises can be seen in the design language as well as in the small details and deliberate choice of materials.
