As if on the edge of a city, the perime­ter block of build­ing class III meets the low build­ings of the out­er city. The build­ing has an impact from a dis­tance and on the imme­di­ate street space. Apart­ments and log­gias are var­ied across the storeys and cre­ate the sculp­tur­al façade appear­ance. In con­trast, the mate­ri­als and col­ors are restrained.
